The MAX6854UK29D3+T is an ultra-low-current microprocessor supervisory circuit designed by Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated. It integrates voltage monitoring, watchdog timer, and manual reset input functions into a small 5-pin SOT-23 package.
This device asserts a reset signal when the monitored voltage drops below a factory-trimmed threshold, when a manual reset is asserted, or when the watchdog timer expires. The reset output remains active for a minimum timeout period after VCC rises above the reset threshold and manual reset is deasserted. It monitors a single voltage level of 2.925V and provides an active-low, push-pull reset output with a minimum timeout of 150ms.
With an ultra-low typical supply current of 170nA, the MAX6854UK29D3+T is suitable for portable and battery-powered equipment. Its features include immunity to short VCC transients and guaranteed reset validity down to +1.1V.
