The MAX6697UP34+T is a precision multichannel temperature sensor designed by Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated. This device monitors its own temperature and up to six external diode-connected transistors. It offers programmable alert and overtemperature thresholds for each channel, with dedicated ALERT and OVERT outputs for system interrupts, throttling, and shutdown.
The sensor features a 2-wire SMBus interface, supporting standard protocols for reading temperature data and programming alarm thresholds. It operates from a 3V to 5.5V supply voltage and is specified for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The device provides local temperature sensing with 11-bit resolution and remote sensing with 8-bit resolution.
