The MAX6605MXK-T from Analog Devices (formerly Maxim Integrated) is a precision, low-power analog output temperature sensor designed for a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. It operates with a supply voltage from +2.7V to +5.5V and consumes a maximum of 10µA supply current.
This sensor boasts high accuracy, with a specification of ±0.75°C at +25°C and ±3°C from 0°C to +70°C. The output voltage is directly proportional to the die temperature, featuring a slope of 11.9mV/°C and an offset of 744mV at 0°C. Nonlinearity is typically only +0.4°C over the -20°C to +85°C range.
