The MAX606ESA+T is a small CMOS step-up DC-DC converter designed for applications like flash memory and PCMCIA cards. It features a low profile, fitting within 1.35mm height, making it suitable for Type 1, 2, and 3 card standards.
This converter operates from a 3V to 5.5V input voltage range and can deliver up to 180mA of output current at 5V. The output voltage is preset to 5V or 12V, or it can be adjusted from VIN to 12.5V with ±4% accuracy. The MAX606 variant switches at up to 1MHz, enabling a compact circuit size of 0.25in².
