The MAX5482ETE+ is a 10-bit (1024-tap) nonvolatile, linear-taper digital potentiometer from Analog Devices. It performs the function of a mechanical potentiometer using a pin-configurable 3-wire serial SPI-compatible interface or an up/down digital interface. The device features an internal non-volatile EEPROM that stores the wiper position for initialization during power-up.
