The MAX4821EUP+ includes built-in inductive kickback protection. It features separate set and reset functions for simultaneous control of all outputs. The device has built-in hysteresis on digital inputs, allowing it to work with slow-rising and falling signals. It is available in a 20-pin TSSOP package with an exposed pad.
