The MAX481ECPA from Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated is a low-power transceiver designed for RS-485 and RS-422 communication in demanding environments. Each driver output and receiver input is protected against ±15kV electrostatic discharge (ESD) shocks without latchup. This device features one driver and one receiver, operating from a single +5V supply.
