The MAX4684EUB is a low on-resistance, low-voltage, dual single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) analog switch designed for operation from a single +1.8V to +5.5V supply. This device offers a maximum on-resistance of 0.5Ω for the NC switch and 0.8Ω for the NO switch at a +2.7V supply, with a low on-resistance match between channels of 0.06Ω (max).
Featuring break-before-make switching action, the MAX4684EUB has a switch time of 50ns (tON) and 30ns (tOFF) at +3V. The digital logic inputs are 1.8V logic-compatible with a +2.7V to +3.3V supply.
