With a switch time of 200ns turn-on and 100ns turn-off, it can replace reed relays in applications requiring high speed and long lifetime. The device supports rail-to-rail analog signal handling and has a low off-leakage current of 1nA maximum at 25°C. It is available in an 8-pin uMAX package and is suitable for surface mounting.
