The MAX4643EUA is a monolithic, dual, single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog switch designed for operation from a single supply voltage ranging from +1.8V to +5.5V. This device provides low on-resistance of 4 Ohm maximum at a +5V supply and 8 Ohm maximum at a +3V supply. It also features guaranteed on-resistance flatness of 1 Ohm and channel matching of 0.6 Ohm, both specified at a +5V supply.
With fast switching times of 15ns (turn-on) and 8ns (turn-off), the MAX4643EUA is suitable for applications requiring quick signal transitions. It exhibits low leakage currents of less than 0.35nA over the entire temperature range and low quiescent power consumption of less than 0.01uW. The device operates within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
The MAX4643EUA is available in an 8-pin uMAX package, as well as 8-TSSOP and 8-MSOP packages. It is designed for surface mount applications.
