With switching times of 18ns tON and 7ns tOFF, and a -3dB bandwidth of 85MHz, the MAX4638ESE+ is well-suited for applications requiring fast signal switching. It also features a guaranteed low leakage current of 0.25nA at +25°C and handles Rail-to-Rail analog signals. All control inputs are TTL/CMOS-logic compatible.
