This CMOS switch operates from a single +2V to +5.5V supply. Digital inputs feature logic thresholds of +0.8V and +2.4V, ensuring TTL/CMOS logic compatibility when using a +5V supply. Fast switching times are achieved with tON of 12ns and tOFF of 10ns.
