The MAX4603CAE is a quad analog switch IC from Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated, designed for low-distortion applications. It offers a low on-resistance of 2.5 Ohms maximum, with guaranteed matching and flatness across the signal range. Each switch can handle Rail-to-Rail analog signals, and the off-leakage current is a maximum of 2.5nA at +85°C.
This device operates from a single supply voltage of +4.5V to +36V or dual supplies of ±4.5V to ±20V. Digital inputs are TTL/CMOS-compatible. The MAX4603 features two normally closed (NC) and two normally open (NO) switches.
