The MAX4581CUE+T is a low-voltage CMOS analog IC configured as an 8-channel multiplexer. It operates with dual power supplies from ±2V to ±6V or a single supply from +2V to +12V. Each switch can handle rail-to-rail analog signals.
Key features include guaranteed on-resistance of 80 Ohms with ±5V supplies and 150 Ohms with a single +5V supply. The device boasts low off-leakage current of 1nA at +25°C and low on-leakage current of 1nA at +25°C. It also offers low distortion (<0.02% at 600 Ohms) and low crosstalk (< -96dB at 50 Ohms for MAX4582).
Digital inputs are TTL/CMOS-logic compatible with thresholds between 0.8V and 2.4V. The MAX4581CUE+T is supplied in a 16-TSSOP package suitable for surface mounting.
This multiplexer is ideal for applications such as battery-operated equipment, audio and video signal routing, low-voltage data-acquisition systems, communications circuits, and automotive systems.
