The MAX4547EEE+ from Analog Devices is a low-voltage, dual single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) T-switch designed for switching RF and video signals from DC to 300MHz. It is suitable for both 50Ω and 75Ω systems.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum on-resistance of 20Ω with ±5V supplies, matched between switches to 1Ω maximum, and flat over the signal range (0.5Ω max).
