The MAX4547CSE is a low-voltage, dual single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) analog switch from Analog Devices, suitable for switching RF and video signals from DC to 300MHz. Each switch is constructed in a T-configuration, providing excellent high-frequency off isolation and crosstalk performance.
This device can handle rail-to-rail analog signals in either direction. With ±5V supplies, it offers a maximum on-resistance of 20Ω, with on-resistance matched between switches to 1Ω maximum and flat over the specified signal range (0.5Ω max). Its digital inputs feature 0.8V/2.4V logic thresholds, ensuring TTL- and CMOS-logic compatibility when using ±5V or a single +5V supply.
