The MAX4546CEE is a dual bidirectional T-switch designed for switching RF and video signals from DC to 300MHz. It features two single-pole/single-throw (SPST) switches, each constructed in a T-configuration for excellent high-frequency performance.
This switch handles Rail-to-Rail analog signals in either direction and offers a maximum on-resistance of 20 Ohms with ±5V supplies. It boasts low off isolation and crosstalk, making it suitable for demanding applications. The device operates with dual power supplies ranging from ±2.7V to ±6V or a single supply from +2.7V to +12V.
