The MAX4545EAP is a low-voltage, quad single-pole/single-throw (SPST) T-switch designed for switching RF and video signals from DC to 300MHz. It is suitable for both 50Ω and 75Ω systems.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum on-resistance of 20Ω with ±5V supplies, matched between switches to 1Ω maximum, and flat over the signal range (0.5Ω max). The switch offers excellent high-frequency performance with off isolation and crosstalk of -80dB at 10MHz, and an insertion loss of -1dB at 100MHz. It can handle rail-to-rail analog signals in either direction.
This CMOS switch operates with dual power supplies ranging from ±2.7V to ±6V or a single supply from +2.7V to +12V. Digital inputs are TTL/CMOS-compatible. Applications include RF switching, video signal routing, high-speed data acquisition, and test equipment.
