The MAX4518CPD is a precision, monolithic CMOS analog multiplexer designed for versatile signal routing. It features low on-resistance of less than 100 Ohms, which is matched to within 4 Ohms between channels and remains flat over the specified analog signal range.
This multiplexer offers low leakage current, with NO-off leakage less than 2nA at +85°C, and fast switching speeds with a transition time under 250ns. It supports single-supply operation from +2.7V to +15V or bipolar supplies from ±2.7V to ±8V, while maintaining CMOS-logic input compatibility.
Fabricated using Maxim's low-voltage silicon-gate process, the MAX4518/MAX4519 series provides extremely low charge injection (less than 5pC) and electrostatic discharge protection greater than 2000V. The MAX4518 is a 4-channel device, ideal for applications such as sample-and-hold circuits, automatic test equipment, and audio signal routing.
The device is available in a 16-QSOP package and is designed for surface mount applications. Its low power consumption (less than 300µW) makes it suitable for battery-operated systems.
