The MAX4502EUK-T is a single-pole, single-throw (SPST), normally closed (NC) CMOS analog switch designed for low-voltage, single-supply operation. It can be powered by a single supply ranging from +2V to +12V and handles Rail-to-Rail analog signals. The switch features a guaranteed on-resistance of 250 Ohms at +5V and low off-leakage current of only 1nA at +25°C.
With fast switching speeds of 75ns turn-on and 50ns turn-off, and low charge injection of 1pC, the MAX4502EUK-T is suitable for various applications.
