The MAX3845UCQ+D is a TMDS (Transition Minimized Differential Signaling) 2-to-4 fanout switch and cable driver designed for multimonitor distribution of DVI or HDMI signaling. It supports data rates up to 1.65Gbps, suitable for resolutions up to UXGA or 1080p/60.
This device features two DVI/HDMI TMDS-compatible inputs and four TMDS-compatible outputs. Each output can be independently sourced from either input or turned off to save power. The MAX3845 includes selectable output preemphasis, which can extend output cable reach by up to an additional 7 meters. It operates on a 3.3V power supply.
