It supports both single-supply operation from +10V to +30V and bipolar-supply operation from ±4.5V to ±20V, while maintaining CMOS-logic input compatibility.

 

This device is suitable for applications such as sample-and-hold circuits, guidance and control systems, heads-up displays, and test equipment. It is packaged in a 16-pin DIP (Dual In-line Package) with through-hole mounting.

 

Key electrical characteristics include fast switching times (turn-on less than 175ns, turn-off less than 145ns), low power consumption (35µW), and electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection greater than 2000V. The 44V maximum breakdown voltage allows for rail-to-rail analog signal handling.
