Designed for versatility, the MAX351ESE+T supports both single-supply operation from +10V to +30V and bipolar-supply operation from ±4.5V to ±20V, while maintaining CMOS-logic input compatibility. It boasts fast switching speeds with a turn-on time of less than 175ns and a turn-off time of less than 145ns. Low leakage current (less than 6nA at +85°C) and guaranteed charge injection of less than 10pC are also key electrical characteristics.

 

Fabricated using a 44V silicon-gate process, this switch offers electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection greater than 2000V. The 44V maximum breakdown voltage enables rail-to-rail analog signal handling. The device is housed in a 16-SOIC package and is designed for surface mounting.
