The MAX325CUA+ is a precision, dual, Single-Pole Single-Throw (SPST) analog switch designed for single-supply operation from +2.7V to +16V. This device features one normally open (NO) and one normally closed (NC) switch, making it versatile for various applications. It offers a low on-resistance of 60Ω maximum, with typical on-resistance at 33Ω when powered from a 5V supply. The switch boasts fast switching speeds, with tON at 150ns maximum and tOFF at 100ns maximum. Low power consumption of less than 5μW makes it suitable for battery-powered equipment.
