The MAX3232EUE+T is suitable for applications requiring RS-232 communication, such as battery-powered equipment, hand-held devices, and peripherals.

 

The device is available in a space-saving 16-TSSOP package with a surface mount type. It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The integrated charge pump circuitry simplifies design and saves board space.
