The MAX3208EAUB+ is a low-capacitance, ±15kV ESD-protection diode array with an integrated transient voltage suppressor (TVS) clamp, designed for high-speed and general-signal ESD protection. It features four unidirectional channels with a typical input capacitance of 2 pF per channel and a channel-to-channel capacitance variation of only 0.05 pF, making it ideal for high-speed differential signals.
This device provides robust ESD protection up to ±15 kV Human Body Model, ±8 kV IEC 61000-4-2 Contact Discharge, and ±15 kV IEC 61000-4-2 Air-Gap Discharge. It includes power line protection and is specified for the -40°C to +125°C automotive operating temperature range.
