The MAX3202EEWS+TG45 is a low-capacitance ESD protection diode array designed to protect sensitive electronics on communication lines. It integrates two steering diode channels that clamp ESD pulses to VCC or GND. Each channel provides ±15kV Human Body Model, ±8kV Contact Discharge, and ±15kV Air-Gap Discharge protection per IEC 61000-4-2. With a typical capacitance of 5pF per channel, the device is ideal for high-speed data I/O interfaces such as USB 2.0. The low leakage current and supply current (1nA max) minimize power consumption. The device operates over a supply voltage range of 0.9V to 5.5V and a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It is available in a compact 4-bump WLP package (1.05mm x 1.05mm) for space-constrained designs. The MAX3202EEWS+TG45 is RoHS3 compliant.
