It exhibits low leakage current, less than 250pA at +25°C and less than 6nA at +85°C. Fast switching is achieved with turn-on time less than 175ns and turn-off time less than 145ns. Charge injection is guaranteed to be less than 10pC.

 

This analog switch supports single-supply operation from +10V to +30V and bipolar-supply operation from ±4.5V to ±20V. It is TTL/CMOS-logic compatible and offers rail-to-rail analog signal handling capability due to its 44V maximum breakdown voltage.

 

The MAX317CPA is supplied in an 8-pin PDIP package and is designed for through-hole mounting. It is suitable for applications such as sample-and-hold circuits, guidance and control systems, test equipment, and battery-powered systems.
