The MAX314EUE+ from Analog Devices (formerly Maxim Integrated) is a quad, single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog switch designed for efficient signal routing. This device features a low maximum on-resistance of 10 Ohms and guaranteed on-resistance matching between channels of 1.5 Ohms.
It supports dual supply operation from ±4.5V to ±20V, with low leakage current of 2.5nA at +85°C. The switch offers guaranteed ESD protection greater than 2000V per Method 3015.7 and crosstalk of better than 96dB at 20kHz.
The MAX314EUE+ is pin-compatible with DG411/DG412/DG413 series switches. It is housed in a compact 16-TSSOP package, suitable for surface mount applications.
