It supports single-supply operation from +4.5V to +30V or dual-supply operation from ±4.5V to ±20V. The MAX314EPE provides low leakage current and ESD tolerance greater than 2000V. It is pin-compatible with DG411/DG412/DG413 devices.

 

The switch operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is available in a 16-PDIP through-hole package. The MAX314EPE has two normally closed (NC) switches and two normally open (NO) switches, making it versatile for different circuit configurations.
