The device provides excellent performance with crosstalk greater than 96dB at 20kHz and low leakage current of 2.5nA at +85°C.

 

Designed for versatility, the MAX312CSE+ supports single-supply operation from +4.5V to +30V or dual supplies from ±4.5V to ±20V. It features rail-to-rail signal handling and ESD protection exceeding 2000V per Method 3015.7. The switch time is rated at 225ns turn-on and 185ns turn-off.

 

This analog switch is suitable for various applications including test equipment, communication systems, PBX/PABX systems, audio signal routing, avionics, sample-and-hold circuits, and data acquisition systems. It is supplied in a 16-SOIC package and is designed for surface mounting.

 

The MAX312CSE+ is pin-compatible with the DG411/DG412/DG413 series. It operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C.
