The device includes a low-power shutdown mode where receiver outputs are high impedance, consuming only 1nA. When active, it features a fail-safe function that ensures a logic-high output if the input is open circuit.

 

Available in a 16-pin TSSOP package, the MAX3093EEUE+T is suitable for surface mounting. Its quarter-unit-load input impedance allows up to 128 receivers on a bus. Applications include telecommunications equipment, rugged bus receivers, and ESD-sensitive applications.
