The MAX308CUE is a precision, monolithic CMOS analog multiplexer from Analog Devices. It features a low on-resistance of 100 Ohms, matched to within 5 Ohms between channels and remaining flat over the specified analog signal range.
This multiplexer offers fast switching speeds with a transition time less than 250ns. It provides low leakage over temperature, with NO-off leakage current less than 5nA at +85°C. The device guarantees low charge injection of less than 10pC and ESD protection greater than 2000V.
Designed for versatility, the MAX308CUE operates with a single +5V to +30V supply or bipolar ±5V to ±20V supplies, while maintaining TTL/CMOS-logic input compatibility. It is available in a 16-TSSOP package suitable for surface mounting.
