MAX307EUI+ Description

Short technical summary and product information.

The MAX307EUI+ is a precision, monolithic CMOS analog multiplexer from Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated. This dual 8:1 device features low on-resistance of less than 100 Ohms, which is matched to within 5 Ohms between channels and remains flat over the specified analog signal range.

Designed for versatility, the MAX307EUI+ operates with single supply voltages from +5V to +30V or bipolar supplies from ±4.5V to ±20V. It boasts fast switching speeds with a typical turn-on time of 200ns and turn-off time of 150ns. Charge injection is kept low at a maximum of 2pC, and leakage current is minimal, with INO(OFF) less than 2.5nA at +85°C.

This multiplexer is suitable for a variety of applications including sample-and-hold circuits, test equipment, guidance and control systems, and audio signal routing. It is supplied in a 28-TSSOP package for surface mounting.

Key electrical characteristics include a crosstalk of -92dB at 100kHz and channel capacitance of 8pF for CS(off) and 65pF for CD(off). The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C.
