The MAX306CWI+ is a precision, monolithic, CMOS analog multiplexer manufactured by Maxim Integrated. It features low on-resistance of less than 100Ω, which is matched to within 5Ω between channels and remains flat over the specified analog signal range (7Ω max). This device also offers low leakage over temperature (INO(OFF) less than 2.5nA at +85°C) and fast switching speeds (tTRANS less than 250ns).
Designed for versatility, the MAX306CWI+ operates with a single +5V to +30V supply or bipolar ±4.5V to ±20V supplies, while retaining TTL/CMOS-logic input compatibility. It provides extremely low charge injection (less than 10pC) and guarantees electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection greater than 2000V.
This multiplexer is a plug-in upgrade for industry-standard DG406, DG407, DG506A, and DG507A parts. It is suitable for applications such as sample-and-hold circuits, test equipment, heads-up displays, guidance and control systems, military radios, communications systems, battery-operated systems, and audio signal routing.
