It offers a low on-resistance of less than 100 Ohms, which is matched to within 5 Ohms between channels and remains flat over the specified analog signal range. This device provides fast switching speeds with a maximum of 200ns.

 

The MAX306CWI operates with single supply voltages from +5V to +30V or bipolar supplies from ±4.5V to ±20V, while maintaining TTL/CMOS-logic input compatibility. It is fabricated using Maxim's improved 44V silicon-gate process, yielding extremely low charge injection (less than 10pC) and guaranteeing electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection greater than 2000V.

 

This multiplexer is suitable for applications such as sample-and-hold circuits, test equipment, heads-up displays, guidance and control systems, military radios, communications systems, battery-operated systems, and audio signal routing. The MAX306CWI is supplied in a 28-SOIC package and is designed for surface mount applications.
