MAX2771ETI+T

The MAX2771ETI+T is a next-generation Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receiver from Analog Devices, designed for high performance and integration on a single chip. It covers E5/L5, L2, E6, E1/L1 bands and supports GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, IRNSS, and BeiDou navigation satellite systems.

This receiver boasts a low cascaded noise figure of 1.4dB and 110dB of cascaded gain with gain control. It operates within a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 3.3V and has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The device supports programmable IF bandwidths and operates in low IF or zero IF modes.

The MAX2771ETI+T is packaged in a 5mm x 5mm, 28-pin TQFN package with an exposed paddle, suitable for surface mounting. Its integrated fractional-N frequency synthesizer allows flexible IF frequency programming. The device is designed for applications such as location-enabled mobile handsets, telematics, and surveying equipment.

Key features include multi-constellation and multi-band support, on-chip LNAs, and an integrated crystal oscillator. The device eliminates the need for external IF filters, requiring only a few external components for a complete GNSS RF receiver solution.
