It also maximizes the input-referred 1dB compression point and 3rd-order intercept point at -12dBm and -5dBm, respectively.

 

Operating from a single supply voltage range of +1.6V to +3.6V, the MAX2659ELT+T consumes a low current of only 4.1mA. A shutdown feature further reduces the supply current to less than 1μA, making it ideal for power-sensitive applications. The device is available in a compact, lead-free, RoHS-compliant 6-pin μDFN package measuring 1.5mm x 1.0mm with a thin profile of 0.75mm.
