The MAX253ESA features a low-current shutdown mode of 0.4µA and pin-selectable frequencies of 350kHz or 200kHz.

 

Designed for applications requiring high noise immunity and isolated power supplies, such as process control and medical equipment, the MAX253ESA is housed in a compact 8-SOIC package.
