The MAX2066ETL+ from Analog Devices is a high-linearity digital variable-gain amplifier (VGA) suitable for 50 Ohm systems operating from 50MHz to 1000MHz. This monolithic SiGe BiCMOS device integrates an attenuator and amplifier, offering a total adjustment range of 31dB in 1dB steps, controlled via SPI or a parallel bus.
