This device integrates matched passive mixers, LO mixer amplifier drivers, and an LO quadrature splitter, with on-chip baluns for single-ended RF and LO connections. The baseband inputs are matched for direct interfacing to transmit DACs, eliminating the need for external buffer amplifiers. It operates from a single +5V supply.

 

The MAX2023ETX-T is housed in a compact 36-pin TQFN package (6mm x 6mm) with an exposed pad, suitable for surface mounting. Electrical performance is guaranteed over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
