MAX17510ATB+T

The MAX17510ATB+T is a DDR linear regulator manufactured by Analog Devices. It is capable of sourcing and sinking up to 3A peak current using internal n-channel MOSFETs. The regulator delivers an accurate output voltage ranging from 0.5V to 1.5V, powered by an input voltage between 1.1V and 3.6V. It utilizes a separate 3.3V bias supply for its control circuitry and MOSFET drivers.

Key features include internal current and thermal limits for protection, and a power-good (PGOOD) signal indicating output regulation. A 2ms typical delay is incorporated into the PGOOD signal during startup. The device also features internal soft-start to limit input surge current. Its fast load-transient response and ±15mV maximum load-regulation error make it suitable for demanding applications.

The MAX17510ATB+T is designed for powering active-DDR termination buses and can also be used in low-power chipsets and graphics processor cores requiring dynamically adjustable output voltages. It is available in a compact 10-pin, 3mm x 3mm thin DFN package with an exposed pad, suitable for surface mounting.

Applications include notebook and desktop computers, DDR memory termination, active termination buses, graphics processor core supplies, and chipset/RAM supplies as low as 0.5V.
