The MAX1680ESA+T is an inductorless switched-capacitor voltage converter from Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated. It can either invert or double the input voltage, making it suitable for applications requiring local negative supplies or interface power.
This device features a selectable switching frequency option, allowing for the use of small capacitors. It supports input voltages from +2.0V to +5.5V and delivers up to 125mA of output current with a typical output resistance of 3.5Ω.
