The MAX16027TP+T is a versatile dual-/triple-/quad-voltage monitor and sequencer designed by Analog Devices / Maxim Integrated. It offers flexibility with selectable fixed and adjustable voltage thresholds, catering to systems requiring precise voltage monitoring.
This device supports a wide operating voltage range from 2.2V to 28V. It features 1.5% accurate adjustable threshold monitors down to 0.5V and 2.7% accurate fixed thresholds for common system voltages like 3.3V, 2.5V, 1.8V, 1.5V, and 1.2V. The reset function deasserts only after all monitored voltages exceed their thresholds, with a delay that is internally fixed at 140ms minimum or capacitor-adjustable.
Designed for multivoltage applications, the MAX16027TP+T is ideal for use in servers, workstations, storage systems, and networking equipment. It comes in a compact 4mm x 4mm TQFN package, suitable for surface mounting. The operating temperature range is fully specified from -40°C to +125°C.
Each detector circuit includes an enable input for independent control. Outputs are available in push-pull or open-drain configurations, allowing interface with various DC-DC regulators. The device can function as four separate supervisory circuits or be daisy-chained for controlled power-supply sequencing.
