The MAX16025TE+ by Maxim Integrated is a versatile dual-/triple-/quad-voltage monitor and sequencer designed for multivoltage applications. It features a wide operating voltage range of 2.2V to 28V, providing design flexibility.
This device offers both fixed thresholds for common system voltages (3.3V, 2.5V, 1.8V, 1.5V, 1.2V) and 1.5% accurate adjustable threshold monitoring for voltages down to 0.5V. The delay timing is fixed at a minimum of 140ms and can also be adjusted using external capacitors, allowing for controlled power-supply sequencing.
Each detector circuit includes an enable input for independent control. The outputs are available in push-pull or open-drain configurations, with the open-drain version supporting voltages up to 28V for interfacing with DC-DC regulators. The MAX16025TE+ is housed in a compact 4mm x 4mm TQFN package and is fully specified for operation from -40°C to +125°C.
