MAX15038ETG+

The MAX15038ETG+ from Analog Devices is a high-efficiency switching regulator designed for on-board point-of-load and post-regulation applications. It delivers up to 4A of load current with output voltages adjustable from 0.6V up to 90% of VIN. The device operates from a wide input voltage range of 2.9V to 5.5V, making it suitable for various power management needs.

This regulator features a fixed-frequency PWM mode with an adjustable switching frequency ranging from 500kHz to 2MHz, allowing for the use of small external components and all-ceramic capacitor designs. The internal low-resistance nMOS switches ensure high efficiency at heavy loads. The MAX15038ETG+ provides ±1% output accuracy over load, line, and temperature ranges.
