The MAX14573EUD+ is a programmable overvoltage and overcurrent protection IC from Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated. It operates from an input voltage range of 4.5V to 36V and features an adjustable overvoltage protection threshold from 6V to 36V and an adjustable undervoltage protection threshold from 4.5V to 24V. The device includes internal preset thresholds of 33V for OVLO and 19.2V for UVLO.
The IC integrates a 100mΩ (typical) on-resistance FET and supports programmable current limits up to 4.2A with ±15% accuracy. The MAX14573 variant features continuous current limiting after fault detection. Additional protection includes reverse-current protection and thermal-shutdown.
