Enhanced electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection is provided on DP and DM inputs up to ±15kV HBM.

 

The MAX14550EETB+T operates over a supply range of +2.8V to +5.5V and consumes an ultra-low 7µA supply current. It is available in a compact 10-pin (3mm x 3mm) TDFN package and is specified for an extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
