The MAX13450EAUD+T is a full duplex RS-485 transceiver designed for robust communication in industrial and automotive applications. It features integrated 100Ω and 120Ω termination resistors that are pin selectable, simplifying system design by eliminating external components.
This transceiver supports data rates up to 20Mbps and includes slew-rate limiting to reduce EMI and reflections for data rates up to 500kbps. The receiver input impedance allows for up to 256 transceivers on the bus. It operates over a wide voltage range of 4.75V to 5.25V and a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
