The MAX13035EETE is a 6-channel, bidirectional level translator designed for multivoltage systems, enabling 100Mbps data transfer. It is suitable for generic level translation and memory card applications like SD, MiniSD, MMC, Transflash, and Memory Stick cards.

 

This device accepts VCC voltages from +2.2V to +3.6V and VL voltages from +1.62V to +3.2V, making it ideal for interfacing low-voltage ASICs/PLDs with higher voltage systems. The MAX13035E features a CLK_RET output that mirrors the CLK_VL input.

 

Each I/O channel is compatible with external drivers sourcing as little as 4mA and is pulled up by an internal 30μA current source, supporting both push-pull and open-drain drivers. The MAX13030E–MAX13035E series includes an automatic shutdown mode that disables the part when VCC is less than VL.

 

Available in 16-bump UCSP (2mm x 2mm) and 16-pin TQFN (4mm x 4mm) packages, the MAX13035EETE operates over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It also provides ±15kV ESD protection on I/O VCC lines.
